Answer

Our Broadband phone service allows you to have multiple connections at the same time.

A typical example of this would be a phone in your home and a phone in your office. Both phones use the same phone number.

When there is an incoming call, the line which answers first will receive the call and the other phone will cease ringing. In the case where one phone is busy the other phone will ring. The account settings in both phones are the same, there are no special settings.

Both phones may be on a call at the same time.

Some phones do also support multiple lines for incoming calls and outgoing calls. Please refer to the instructions for your particular model to see how this is supported.
