Solution Any broadband network connection can be used for your phone, if you are using satellite broadband we recommend you check suitability with your supplier (some specialist satellite providers will enable a 'VoIP optimised channel' for you).

The quality of your broadband will make a difference to the quality of your calls, the easiest way to test is to download the software phone and start calling, it's FREE.

The majority of users should be able to download our softphone and begin making calls without any problems, in cases where there are problems take a look at our support-center and the solution may be there. If you can't find an answer, contact our support staff help @ freespeech.ie
