Your call charges and balance can be viewed at any time by logging in to your online account and clicking the 'call charges' tab.

Your statement is broken down per month and each month shows two sections, a charges section and a payments section. Your balance change is shown on the right hand side. Your current balance is displayed on the bottom right. You can click your call charges and payments to get further details.
